The CRM / DBM Specialist will be responsible for managing, cleaning, structuring, and scaling our CRM and databases. This role sits at the intersection of sales ops, recruitment ops, and growth, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, automation, and reporting.
You will work closely with Business Development, Recruiters, Marketing, and Leadership to enable faster decision-making and better conversion across the funnel.
