We're looking for Database Support Engineers, Senior Engineers, and a Lead to support customer data operations and troubleshoot SQL workloads in Snowflake. No prior Snowflake experience? That's okay, training is provided.
What you'll do
Support and troubleshoot customer data issues in production environments
Diagnose and resolve SQL query, performance, and data consistency issues
Monitor and support data pipelines and workloads
Ensure data quality, reliability, and operational stability
Collaborate with team leads, SREs, and engineering teams
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
