Lead projects from site selection to commissioning, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to synchronize project goals and technical specifications. Lead the end-to-end management of data centre construction projects, including site selection, feasibility studies, design coordination, procurement, construction oversight, and commissioning Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align project goals, technical specifications, and construction methodologies Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements throughout the construction process Implement quality control processes to guarantee that construction work meets established standards and specifications Manage change orders and variations while assessing their impact on project timelines and budgets Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations within the construction management framework Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging innovation and creativity among project team members Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex construction projects, preferably in the data center or critical infrastructure sector In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry best practices Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within datacenter environments Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and collaborative approach €75,000 – €80,000 Car allowance
