Datacenter Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & Facilities Management
Oversee and support critical infrastructure systems, including power (UPS, PDUs), cooling, and fire protection systems.
Conduct routine environmental checks such as temperature, humidity, and water leak monitoring.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Assist with equipment installations, facility upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure proper cable management and maintain overall data centre organisation.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility remains operationally ready at all times.
2. Physical Security Management
Monitor access control systems and CCTV surveillance.
Manage visitor access, including registration and escort duties.
Maintain accurate security logs and access documentation.
Ensure adherence to physical security standards and policies.
Report and escalate any security breaches or irregularities.
