  • We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Center Hands & Feet Resource to provide Level 2 (L2) support within our data center operations.
  • This role involves advanced hardware diagnostics, coordination with vendors for repairs, inventory management, and support for remote troubleshooting efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data center infrastructure and be capable of handling escalated technical issues efficiently.

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of server, storage, and network hardware.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor repairs and maintenance activities within the data center.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory of hardware components and spare parts.
