Job Description

  • Lead the alignment and integration of primary survey data from multiple sources, ensuring consistent formats, coding schemes, and metadata across all datasets.
  • Develop and implement ETL processes to ingest, cleanse, harmonize, and consolidate survey data, addressing issues such as variable mapping, missing values, and respondent de-duplication.
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts and market research teams to define data integration requirements and resolve data discrepancies and resolve existing issues.
  • Establish and maintain data dictionaries, mapping documents, and integration standards to support unified reporting and analytics.
  • Monitor and validate the accuracy and completeness of integrated datasets, ensuring traceability from raw survey responses to final analytical datasets.
