Assists residents to attain and maintain optimal functional status by contributing to the development and implementation of the nursing care delivery system. Ensures care meets all standards of care as set forth by The Enclave at Barnesville while working under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.

•Follows established Resident’s individualized plans of care under the general direction of the Charge Nurse.

•Provides care which may include, but not limited to:

•Mobility functions

•Grooming functions

•Dining functions

•Toileting functions

•Busing and cleaning dining table in your assigned division.
