Daycare Manager - Sts'ailes Early Education CentreThe Sts’ailes Early Education Centre (SEEC) is currently seeking a Daycare Manager to join their team.SEEC provides early learning and childcare services with programming that integrates the sixcomponents of Aboriginal Head Start: Education, Culture and Language, Nutrition, Family Involvement,Health Promotion and Social Support. Position Summary:Reporting to the Director of Education, the SEEC Daycare Manager will oversee the daily operations,programming and assessment of early learning as well as the successful transition of children withinSEEC programming into the K-12 education system.The SEEC Daycare Manager will be required to be a strong and dynamic leader who is able to implementbest practices in early learning and is able to lead, support and coach staff effectively.The SEEC daycare manager is a permanent full-time position. Qualifications and Requirements:1.
