Dayforce HRIS Analysis & Optimization

Assist in the module configuration, administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the Dayforce HRIS system post-implementation.

Provide general and technical support for HR staff and employees regarding Dayforce functionalities, resolving system issues and helping users navigate the platform.

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for HR workflows and reporting.

Management of Dayforce Release

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Develop and maintain dashboards and advanced reports using Dayforce, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

Generate and interpret HRIS reports including benefits, compensation, attrition and others to identify trends and support decision-making.
