Senior Recruiting Specialist and Team Lead at Procom
Dayforce Implementation Specialists (with WFM or Payroll Module expertise)
Remote work opportunity
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking experienced Dayforce WFM or Payroll implementation specialists for a year contract engagement, with renewal possibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the configuration and deployment of modules during client implementations.
- Work under the guidance of senior consultants to implement features.
- Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business processes related to HR and workforce management (e.g. hiring, employee records, scheduling, time tracking).
- Document client requirements and help translate them into system configurations.
- Support the setup of organizational structure, employee records and lifecycle workflows, time collection rules, shift patterns, scheduling, and labor compliance rules.
- Assist in setting up system workflows, approvals, and employee self‑service features.
- Assist in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the configurations meet client needs.
- Help identify and troubleshoot configuration issues under supervision.
- Support HR and WFM data imports (such as employee master data, position history, schedules).
- Help validate imported data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements or gather missing information.
- Provide basic support during testing phases and after go‑live under the direction of senior team members.
- Help create end‑user documentation and training materials.
- Assist in conducting client training sessions or walkthroughs as needed.
- Attend internal Dayforce training to improve knowledge of WFM and HR Core modules.
- Work toward Ceridian certifications as part of your career development.
Required Qualifications
- Dayforce WFM or Payroll module implementation experience.
- 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Dayforce.
- Client‑facing skills. Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.
- Must be eligible to receive an Enhanced Reliability Federal Security Clearance.
Contract Duration: 12 months – potential for renewal
Work Hours: Full‑time commitment at 40 hours a week
Time Zone: The candidate must be able to work during the EST shift.
