Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Assist customers with scheduling and managing their requests effectively.
- Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and transactions with customers for future reference.
- Book and schedule client.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 Months of experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
