Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Assist customers with scheduling and managing their requests effectively.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and transactions with customers for future reference.
  • Book and schedule client.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 Months of experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
