Our company started in 2013 and currently has 5 locations in Arkansas and 1 in Tennessee. The majority of our managers and area directors have grown from within our company. We are looking for people who desire growth, personally and professionally, and are willing to work for it. Newk's is a fast casual brand that specializes in soup, salad, sandwich, and pizza utilizing unusually fresh ingredients prepared in a quick environment. Customer service is paramount to our brand and we are looking for people that enjoy customer service and forming relationships with customers.

Servers at Newk's are responsible for:

• Greeting customers.
• Taking orders.
• Running food from the kitchen to the guests' table.
• Making tea.

• Stocking common customer areas
