Summary
Escalate is seeking a highly responsive and empathetic Daytime/Evening Support Specialist (working between 9am-9pmEST) to assist hourly employees who reach out through our customer service platform for help getting to and from work, and navigating life barriers.
We specialize in delivering real-time, practical support to frontline workers. The ideal candidate is calm, solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and genuinely cares about helping people.
This role is focused primarily on live support and user communication during daytime/evening hours (EST). During slower periods, special projects may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide practical resources related to transportation, food, childcare, healthcare, financial coaching, mental health, and emergency assistance
