An International Corporation and a leading global provider of software solutions is looking for a DBA - on SQL SERVER · Be responsible for overall MSSQL Server administration activities (infrastructure and application)· Participate in DB design and data modeling · Participate in performance tuning and code optimization· Support application development cycle and development teams· Consult and assist internal and external PROD DBA teams· Represent a leading knowledge authority in SQL Server related development and operations processes· All work is conducted in English
דרישות:
· Minimum 8 years as SQL Server DBA· Deep understanding of RDBMS model and database design· Application and infrastructure – stored procedures, query optimizations, code quality improvement· Strong knowledge of automation, scripting, job scheduling, capacity management, index maintenance, and running SQL in a virtualized environment.· DB2 and Oracle – big advantage· Linux/Unix knowledge – big advantage· Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)· Ability to communicate and work directly with external customers· Ability to self-prioritize and use well established organizational skills· Excellent communication skills· Ability to work independently and as a part of a multinational team· Willingness to travel abroad.
