The Management Associate program is a structured development program designed to cultivate future leaders within DBS. Experience

As a Management Associate, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, gaining valuable experience across various departments and contributing to key business initiatives. This role provides a strong foundation for future leadership within DBS. It will additionally also help you but not limited to:

  • Develop a strong understanding of DBS's business model, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop strong understanding of banking operations and regulations through on-the-job training and external training programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork and strong working relationships.

    Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training​

    Exposure

    Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort

    Additionally, you have and/or are:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business administration (BBA/MBA) from a reputable university.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Passionate about banking and technology
