World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) has an opportunity available for a DC LAN Engineer – Cisco ACI at Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Role : DC LAN Engineer – Cisco ACI
Duration: 6-12+ Months with high possibility of extensions A
Time: 2:00pm to 11:00pm.
Location: Remote
Interviews : 2 rounds
Experience Range: 8-10 years
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Cisco ACI Data Center design and engineering with exposure to Ia C using Ansible/Terraform
- Strong experience in design, deployment, and support of ACI environments
- Solid knowledge of Cisco Nexus switching platforms
- This is a Design + Engineering role, not operations-only
- ACI expertise is the top priority
- Experience with Ansible (Mandate), good to have basic python
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Hands on Implementation Role in the LAN area of Client Refinitiv Infrastructure
- Proficient on LAN/WAN technologies like Data Centre Switching, ACI Infrastructure, QOS, Multicasting, VPWS and Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity solutions
- Strong hands-on experience in managing and supporting Cisco ACI Multi-Site and Multi-Pod deployments in Complex production environments.
- Proven experience in Performing end-to-end Cisco ACI code upgrades covering APICs, spine/leaf switches, IPN nodes, Nexus Dashboard (ND), NDO, NDI and CIMC firmware.
- Handle Device replacements and code upgrades for devices running in production environments.
- Good hands-on experience in network transformation and migration projects in production environment
- Supports the technology lifecycle through the design, build and maintenance of systems, software and applications to ensure the highest quality outcomes across the domains
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating capacity and network upgrades, liaising with other areas of the business as needed to ensure service level objectives are met
- Manages upgrades and coordinates internal and third parties where required
- Creates accurate documentation and monitors system performance to effectively contribute to business and continual improvement activities
- Good to Have: Knowledge on ansible/python (For automation and troubleshooting).
