Weare looking for a dedicated and experienced Windows Desktop Administrator tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experiencein Windows administration, with a deep understanding of Windows Clientoperating systems. As a Windows Desktop Administrator, you will be responsiblefor managing and maintaining our Windows Desktop infrastructure, ensuring itsavailability, security, and seamless integration with other IT systems.

Responsibilities

-Install, configure, and maintain Windows Desktop operating systems.

-Provide technical support for Windows-based desktops, addressing hardware,software, and network issues promptly.

-Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensuredesktop systems are up-to-date and secure.

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Desktop operating systems,application software, and hardware.

-Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support ofWindows Desktop environments.

-Implement and enforce security policies to protect desktop systems againstmalware, viruses, and unauthorized access.

-Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related toWindows Desktop administration.

Requirements

-4-6 years of experience in Windows Desktop administration.

-Strong knowledge and understanding of Windows Client operating systems (.,Windows 7, 10, 11).

-Experience with Active Directory management and Group Policy (AGPM).

- Knowledge in Autopilot L1 troubleshooting

-Knowledge in MECM / Basics of Windows Build

-Familiarity with virtualization technologies (., VMware, Hyper-V).

-Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

-Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

-Knowledge in scripting languages (., PowerShell) for automating tasks.

-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certificationsand Educational Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relatedfield.

-Relevant certifications such as MCSA or MCSE will be advantageous.
