Globalscape version 7,8 and9

oConfigure EFT jobs within Globalscape according tobusiness requirements

oConfigure file processing workflow based on existingbusiness rules

oConfigure, troubleshoot, and improve performance ofFTP servers, as required

oManage security aspects such as encryption,authentication, controls and reconciliation of files shared through FTP

oCo-ordinate with the peers and work on ticketswithin SLA

oGood analytical skills with prior experience inGlobalscape EFT troubleshooting.

oParticipate in weekly meetings with peers andcustomers

oService Now knowledge to handle Incidents andService requests

oExcellent written and verbal communication a must

oShould have experience to work directly with USbased customers and vendors

oMust have experience with Globalscape 7, 8 and 9versions

oMust have experience in doing performance analysisand health checks of Globalscape environment

oShould be capable to play Individual contributorrole
