DC Engineer Specialist

Roles:

•Initially focus on a subset of 1-3 modules identified by SMEs as the most installed components of a Payments project installation. •Study documentation and validate learnings by shadowing GS the installation, configuration, and customization of said modules. •Understand re-discovery client questionnaires, and how they intersect with payment modules installation activities. •Shadow Solutioning Engineers on walkthrough of questionnaires and understand the variations, exceptions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that play into configuration and customizations. •Inherit ownership of installation SOPs and build out missing SOPs or enhance as needed current SOPs. •Understand the installation and configuration tasks, and the expectations of the client to optimize end-to-end installation times. •Understand validation and testing required for signoffs on an installation. •Transition to an ability to complete project installations from beginning to end more independently, and with less daily interaction from GS team members involved in other project installations. •Logs issues and work with other teams (., Product Development) to troubleshoot potential problems with TSE Solutions. •Document, report and track metrics that have been set as a standard to gauge velocity of specific installations, as well as highlighting projects that are on-track, ahead or behind schedule.
