Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Manager to oversee our data centre operations. The Data Center Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the data centre, ensuring its efficient and reliable functioning having 10+ year experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Data Center Operations: Manage all aspects of data centre operations, including systems, network, security, and Daily operation.

Ensure High Availability: Maintain high availability and performance of the data centre.

Compliance: Ensure data centre operations comply with all applicable rule and regulations.

Policy Development: Develop and implement data centre policies, SOP and procedures and update periodic basis.

Staff Management: Manage data centre staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations.

Environmental Monitoring: Monitor the data centre’s environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, etc.) and ensure they are within specified Limit.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the data centre’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency and renewal of DC colocation.

Disaster Recovery: Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity procedures with team.

Skill

Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations related to data centre   management.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Finacle and other Application EOD BOD process knowledge
