DC-AllianceProvides operational leadership to develop and/or drive strategies to achieve operational goals in productivity, accuracy and safety for assigned shift/department in the Distribution Center (DC).Works with Coaches and business partners to achieve operational objectives for the assigned shift/department. Coordinates daily workload to ensure goals for productivity, quality, and safety are achieved. 50% Evaluates and recommends opportunities to streamline/optimize work methods, procedures, controls and staffing to achieve accurate and timely movement of freight. 10% Drives Safety policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment for the assigned shift/department.
