DC Operations Manager - Afternoon Shift

Our Distribution Centre is the beating heart of MECCA. Based in Tullamarine, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our products move seamlessly from supplier to store and straight into the hands of our customers. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our DC Leadership Team on an 18-month fixed-term contract , leading the Afternoon Shift (Sunday to Thursday, 2:30pm-10:30pm) . This is a hands-on leadership role where safety, performance, and people come first - every single shift. The Role You Could Play Reporting to the DC Manager, you'll be responsible for driving high performance across people, safety and operations on your shift.
