Job Description:
1) Very good communication skills
2) Good server troubleshooting exposure (like if we get any alarm saying server is unreachable, what would be troubleshooting steps)
3) Good knowledge of taking RDP/ILO/D-Rec/Putty of the servers ( as per nature of server like windows/Client/Dell/Unix/Linux)
4) Strong understanding of ticketing & monitoring tools (like CASD/client/Remedy/service now, Spectrum/Unicenter/casa1)
5) Good knowledge of Windows server patching/ server provisioning /server decommissioning. ( hands on experience)
6) Strong exposure of verity of alerts related to servers & how to resolve them (like threshold alerts, utility alerts, hardware alerts, drive alerts)
7) Exposure of working with international client (talking to Clients in different locations)
