DC/DB Combo Plan Administrator – Account Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: 70 – 90k

Leading retirement plan administration provider. Dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) Combo retirement plans.

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DC/DB Combo Plan Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of both defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) retirement plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure plans adhere to IRS and ERISA regulations.
  • Prepare and file the required forms, such as Form 5500 and Form 1099-R.
  • Monitor plan contribution limits and perform necessary testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), etc.).
  • Review plan documents/SPD’s to consult with plan sponsors as needed.
  • Collaborate with actuaries to ensure seamless plan administration.
  • *Benefit calculation, actuarial valuation, and nondiscrimination testing of DB plan experience not required.

    Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ASPPA and/or NIPA designations encouraged but not required.
