In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You will be responsible for the complete Project Cycle, starting from inputs analysis, Design & Engineering and drafting of the cabinets drawing and finalizing the BOMDesign and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings related to DCS/PLC control panels, marshaling cabinets, junction boxes, and field wiring.Create and update panel layout drawings, GA drawings, schematics/wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and Network interconnection diagrams.Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), cable schedules, terminal plans, and nameplate lists.Interpret engineering inputs such as I/O lists, instrumentation datasheets, control philosophies, and project specifications to produce accurate drawings.Ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, and relevant industry standards for electrical/control panel design.Coordinate with engineering teams to implement design changes, resolve queries, and incorporate customer comments.Review vendor drawings, ensure alignment with project requirements, and update engineering documentation accordingly.Support panel fabrication, wiring, and testing teams by providing clarifications, resolving design issues, and updating as-built documentation.Maintain drawing databases, revision histories, and document control in line with project workflows.Ensure adherence to internal drafting best practices, quality standards, and schedule commitmentsWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.4-10 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for automation systems, control panels, or industrial electrical engineering.Strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD (2D); experience with AutoCAD Electrical is a plus.Working knowledge of DCS/PLC systems Networking Knowledge shall be preferable. Understanding of electrical/control design concepts—power distribution, grounding, signal types, I/O classification, cabinet thermal considerations, etc..Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and quality control capabilityPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in renewables (Hydro, Solar, Wind), power plants, or industrial automation projects.Familiarity with drafting standards for American/European/Middle East markets.Knowledge of 3D modelling tools (EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, Creo) is an advantage.Our Culture & Commitment to You:
