Your key responsibilities
Monitor and manage program/project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as plannedProactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plansIdentify potential points of contention for missed deliverablesCreate and implement strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budgetAnticipate problems before they occur; define the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solutionDevelop and manage plans to address program/project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatsThe ability to manage, prioritize tasks effectively and efficientlyCan operate independently or with minimum supervision Skills and attributes
Basic Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (, on time, within budget).Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management, Agile Experience, Planning ExperienceStakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication SkillsCertified SAFe Practitioner to enable and train the team on SAFe and Agile best practices including Create and manage work item tracking in TFS, tracking features, PBI, tasks and raising and escalating impediments as needed.JIRA/TFS/DevOps/ConfluenceExperience working with Office 365, SharePoint is good to haveBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred Soft Skills
