Responsibilities
- Supports key training and learning functions including curriculum planning and mapping, training content development and review, creation and implementation of testing materials and assessment instruments, instructional methods and knowledge transfer approaches, development of training materials and job aids, training logistics coordination, measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Designs and develops training solutions, including training modules, process documentation, and job aids required to perform associate job roles, tasks, and functions.
