Job Purpose
Drive profitable partnerships with auto dealerships by leveraging Assurant’s sales process. Provide training and support to Finance & Insurance (F&I) departments, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and secure agreements with auto dealerships through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.Apply Assurant’s sales process to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals.Maintain and update prospect/client database; report progress to Director.Service dealership accounts, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.Train and develop dealership personnel to improve results.Monitor and enhance sales of Assurant products (e.g., Vehicle Service Contracts).Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote Assurant products.Recommend new products/services and support fixed op...
