Responsibilities

  • Analyze the competitors’ network and sales MS in region, make the network development strategy.
  • Coordinate with the company committee to evaluate the business plan of dealers and ensure the BP process compliance.
  • Supervise consistency of Corporate Identity execution in the assigned Dealer Network in line with SI and Sales Standard guidelines.
  • Update dealer operation guideline, dealer operation process evaluation and dealers’ annual operation target.
  • Analyze dealers’ operating data, provide data support for dealer development strategy, and support for dealers’ business improvement.
  • Conduct dealer organizational evaluation, dealer sales indicator evaluation, sales process evaluation, and dealers operation performance.
  • Make dealer incentive policy, and Establish dealer management early warning mechanism.
  • Sales satisfaction management.
