Your daily task will include resolving queries, handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full time position and is Hybrid, meaning that work is performed in our offices located in Tijuana, BCN, but working from home is also accepted.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
