Dealership Lot Technician Full Time (Bend, Madras & Central Oregon Region) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (or until assignments are complete) Route Coverage: Bend, Madras, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Terrebonne & surrounding areas Pay: $28 per hour (no commission / per car payouts) and Guaranteed 30 hours per week About the Role Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Dealership Lot Technician to support vehicle inventory photography and management. While this role is often referred to as an Automotive Photographer, the responsibilities go beyond taking pictures. Youll help dealerships maintain clean, consistent, and visually appealing listings by capturing high-quality photos, 360 interior spins, and walk-around videos using a company-issued iPhone and app. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and producing crisp, high-quality work. No prior experience is required we provide paid training to make sure you feel confident and prepared. What Youll Do Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle Capture interior and exterior photos, 360 spins, videos, and window labels via our mobile app Locate vehicle keys, move vehicles, and stage them for photography Apply inventory labels and window stickers as needed Communicate with dealership staff regarding unready or missing vehicles Work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete all assignments on schedule Requirements What Were Looking For Reliable vehicle + valid drivers license Comfortable working outdoors in any season Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-driven, organized, and dependable when working independently Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems/software Manual transmission experience is a plus but not required Pre-employment drug screen and background check Benefits Benefits Competitive pay $24.00+ per hour with per-vehicle incentives Paid training, no photography experience required Company-issued iPhone & photography equipment Mileage reimbursement between dealership locations Branded uniform shirts, hats & jackets provided
