Dealing & Trading Operations Manager I CFDs Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealing & Trading Operations Manager to join our client's dynamic team within the CFDs brokerage industry.

You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the firms MT4/MT5 trading systems, monitoring trading activity, managing risk exposure, and supporting operational and technical trading functions across multiple assets.

What Will You Do:

Trading and Risk Monitoring

• Manage and monitor the Company's trading books across FX, CFDs, Equities, Cryptos, and other assets.
• Ensure adherence to internal risk parameters and regulatory standards.
• Actively monitor clients trading activities, exposures, price feeds, and system performance.
• Investigate suspicious or abnormal trades and ensure compliance with internal policies.
