The Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre-Sunyani invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Dean.

Qualification Required & Experience

The successful applicant must

• Be of professional status or Senior Lecturer from an academic/research institution or a person from industry eligible for that position

• Be capable of providing academic, managerial and administrative leadership to the Faculty and its affiliated institutions and must have capacity to promote a collegial working environment within the institution

• Have the vision and the drive to oversee the growth and development of the faculty.

• Understand and have an international outlook, specifically in current trends in the higher educational landscape and

• Be able to market the University/Faculty locally and internationally

Tenure

The successful candidate shall hold office for a period of 3 years in the case of Associate Professor or Professor and 2 years for a senior lecturers but is eligible for re-appointment for a further term of up to three and two years as the case may be.
