Job Summary:
The Dean – PGDM will provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to the PGDM program. The role involves ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance (AICTE), industry relevance, faculty development, student outcomes, and continuous improvement of the PGDM curriculum and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
- Provide support for functioning of PGDM program in alignment with the institute’s vision and mission.
- Design, review, and upgrade the PGDM curriculum as per AICTE norms and industry requirements.
- Ensure effective teaching–learning processes, academic planning, and outcome-based education.
- Monitor academic delivery, evaluation systems, and student performance.
