Mathrubhumi Media School is looking for an experienced and visionary leader Dean-Media School to lead, mentor and inspire young Journalists and strengthen industry driven education. The ideal candidate will bring academic insight and industry driven experience to build a future ready media learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: (i) Oversee academic programme coordination, ensure quality and industry aligned curriculum development.

(ii)Foster a culture of innovation and lead continuous professional development initiatives.

(iii) Drive academic excellence through proactive mentorship, career guidance and strategic placement support

Qualification and Experience: (i) Phd/Doctorate or equivalent in Mass Communication, Media Studies or related discipline

(ii) Minimum 15 years of Media industry experience and /or academic background with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
