LaSalle Network is hiring a Debt Collections Representative for a high-volume consumer collections team in Chicago. This onsite Debt Collections Representative role is perfect for candidates who are confident on the phone, comfortable overcoming objections, and energized by hitting metrics. What’s the job?

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to consumers with past-due balances

  • Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance or clarification

  • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and resolutions in line with compliance

  • Overcome objections using persuasive, solution-focused communication

  • Document all activity and updates accurately in CRM systems

  • Research consumer account issues and follow up promptly

  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call metrics and collection targets

  • What’s needed?

  • 1+ year of experience in collections or high-volume call center environments

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced call queue with accuracy

  • Experience with consumer accounts preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Goal-driven, organized, and comfortable in a metrics-focused role
