Job Overview

The Director, Decision Support Services position oversees and assists operations in managing claims expenses (Specialty, Capitation) for all lines of business (Medi-Cal, Medicare, Commercial). Works with VP FP&A, MSO and Internal Data team to develop reports, KPI’s and continuously monitors to ensure financial data is within budget/expectations or escalate unfavorable trends to the VP FP&A.
