You’ll be responsible for building decks and waterfront structures with precision and quality, while also upholding D2E’s commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Construct and install decks, docks, patios, and related structures per plans and specifications.
- Read blueprints, cut lists, and project breakdowns to ensure accuracy in execution.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Work with crews to complete jobs efficiently without unnecessary return trips.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
- Follow all safety standards and company policies (including uniform standards).
- Communicate with foremen and team leaders to solve on-site challenges.
- Prior carpentry, framing, or deck-building experience required.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and methods.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be punctual, accountable, and able to work well with a team.
- Valid driver’s license Required.
