Looking for a full time first mate for a Med/Caribbean based private yacht.

37m SY currently in Villanova and moving to Palma mid March.

5 crew

First mate experience necessary

Racing experience a big plus

Happy to help in all departments

Salary dependent on experience

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
