The Dedicated Account Representative ( DAR ) will partner with the customers to understand and agree on the program service objectives and work with internal Amex GBT travel and technical teams to provide suitable solutions to deliver on the joint strategy & goals. The role will require process orientation, Cytric and Concur OBT knowledge and a collaborative approach to building & leveraging strong customer and internal relationships. The DAR will leverage this knowledge to develop and deliver operating consistency, where appropriate.
