Position Overview

We’re hiring experienced solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local fleet offering steady freight, reliable pay, and home-daily schedules. This is a great opportunity for drivers who want consistent work, no-touch freight, and excellent support from a dedicated team.

• Freight type: All live unload and drop-and-hook, no-touch freight

• Average miles: 1,700 per week

• Loads per day: 1–3

• Average stops: 13 per week

• Operations: 24/7 with variable schedules (nights, evenings, early mornings)

Compensation & Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,450

• Top weekly pay: $1,581

• Average annualized earnings: $75,400

• Top annualized earnings: $82,212

• Pay structure: Mileage pay + safety and on-time bonus

• Mountain driving bonus: Up to $1,000/month (Nov–Mar)

• Consistent, dedicated local freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily with multiple return trips each week

• Occasional overnight runs during surge periods

• Flexible scheduling – night, evening, and early morning routes available

• New 2025 model automatic trucks

• Equipped with auto-chains for mountain driving

• Assigned equipment — no slip seating

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
