ESS, part of Compass Group, provides integrated hospitality and support services to the Australian Defence Force across Australia. We are seeking Stewards to deliver exceptional service in ADF mess halls and dining facilities.

The Position
  • Provide welcoming and efficient hospitality service in dining and accommodation areas
  • Assist with meal service, table clearing, and maintaining clean, safe environments
  • Operate tills or support café service where required
  • Wash, sanitise and store crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow strict food safety, hygiene and Defence security standards
