Defined Benefits Client Manager
Defined Benefits Client Manager (DB CM) is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance for assigned client(s). They manage operations teams to provide quality administrative services and collaborate with support areas such as technology and customer care. The DB CM serves as the primary contact for clients regarding daily service delivery and assists the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering top-notch solutions.

- Utilize expert knowledge of Canadian Defined Benefits to interpret complex client requirements.
- Address questions related to unique situations, participant inquiries, client escalations and requirements.
