Senior HR Generalist @ Sukoon Insurance | 16+ yrs of human resource experience

Role Purpose: To manage the syndicate’s delegated authority portfolio, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s standards and internal governance. The role will also focus on leveraging data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding and oversight of Coverholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Lloyd’s Minimum Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in Atlas, BAR, and other Lloyd’s systems.
  • Conduct due diligence, audits, and performance reviews of delegated partners.
Data & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for delegated business performance.
  • Analyze bordereaux data for premium, claims, and risk exposure trends.
