Deli Operations Manager | Dublin 15

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Deli Operations Manager to join the PELCO Group.

Job Role Purpose:

To drive and support the performance of the Fresh Food Department in our flagship store, in conjunction with the Retail & Fresh Food Operations Manager.

Based in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15, this is a full-time role, which will be predominately Monday to Friday.

Job Role Specifics:

Day to day management of the fresh food operation

Effectively support the deli team, work closely with these colleagues in delivering new & existing deli offerings/initiatives instore and ensure buy in.

Support deli manager & key colleagues to optimise sales, margin, participation and profitability across the fresh area
