Responsibilities



  • Achieve and exceed delegate sales targets across multiple events.
  • Proactively engage prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build strong relationships with senior-level professionals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sales activity.


  • What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound B2B sales (50-100+ calls/day).
  • Experienced in exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
  • (Experience in delegate sales for B2B conferences is desirable.)
