Service Delivery Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service satisfaction among our dealers in the country, while also driving local accessories supply rates and sales targets.

To achieve this goal, they will plan, organize and implement a comprehensive service capability improvement program for our dealers.

This includes developing active and passive service working procedures, standards and team building strategies that align with our business objectives.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Service Delivery Manager will oversee parts planning, warehousing logistics management and delivery operations (including hosting services).

The role also involves product testing and pre-market service planning to ensure seamless delivery of products in the host country.
