Not demos. Not “prompt engineering as a hobby.” You’ll work with client realities: unclear requirements, edge cases, escalations, compliance, and outcomes that need to be delivered.

What you’ll actually do

• Sit with client teams to map what’s really happening (not what the SOP says).
• You’ll support live deployments: monitor performance, triage issues, run test calls, and keep agents stable as volume and edge cases grow
• Build and improve conversational AI agents with guardrails, fallbacks, and escalation paths.
