Position Overview
We are hiring motivated professionals for our International BPO operations focusing on outbound calling for global clients. This role involves high-volume English calling to international markets (US/UK), lead generation, customer support, and sales conversions in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute 100+ outbound calls daily to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales.
  • Handle international customer inquiries, upsell products/services, and resolve issues via phone.
  • Accurately log all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and quality scores.
  • Participate in team huddles, script reviews, and process training sessions.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts to align with international time zones.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate (any stream); 0-2 years in BPO/call center/international voice process preferred.
  • Fluency in English (neutral accent, excellent spoken/written skills mandatory for US/UK markets).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools); typing speed 30+ WPM.
  • Willingness to work 9-hour shifts including weekends/nights with 5 days working.
  • Age 18-30 years; immediate joiners preferred.

  • Familiarity with international calling etiquette and cultural nuances
