Delivery – Client Servicing Executive
Role Summary:
Act as the face of delivery operations for clients — manage relationships, expectation setting, issue resolution, and feedback loop.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Handson with all leading affiliate panels in Impact, Rakuten, Awin, etc
- Can smoothly get the integration of the campaigns done.
- Ensure timely updates and satisfaction during delivery.
- Escalate and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate internally for delivery improvements.
- Prepare client reports & conduct reviews.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years in client servicing/operations.
- Excellent communication & relationship skills.
- Client-centric mindset and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
